Christmas Appeal

Throughout the year Friends of the Elderly run parties and activities for older people, where we provide gifts and prizes to our older friends. As a volunteer, we would be delighted if you could take part in our Christmas appeal this year by collecting presents for our older friends.

We have appeal cards that we can make available to you or perhaps you could run a small fundraiser at your workplace. Perhaps people you know would be willing to donate unwanted presents after Christmas.

Ideal gifts include items such as boxes of chocolates, perfume, toiletries (for men & women), scarves & gloves, socks, sweets, cakes and other treats. If you would like to help us with our appeal, please contact Eilis or Dermot in the office on 01 873 18 55.
